Cured floor
Cemented floor coating project
Cured flooring (also known as "concrete sealing curing agent flooring") is a flooring treatment technology that significantly enhances the performance of ordinary concrete floors through a chemical reaction. It does not simply "cover" a layer of coating; instead, it "penetrates and alters" the concrete itself.
The environmental level of the hardened floor
The material itself is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, with extremely low VOC levels. However, during the construction process, a large amount of dust will be generated, so effective measures must be taken to prevent dust from spreading and to protect the workers.
Preparation work for the construction of solidified flooring
Before conducting the construction of the hardened floor, the ground needs to be thoroughly cleaned, cracks need to be repaired, and the concrete pores need to be opened through rough grinding to ensure that the curing agent can effectively penetrate.
The structural characteristics of the hardened floor
Uncoated structure, by sealing the capillary pores of the concrete to form a dense whole, the surface effect is integrated with the base concrete and can present a marble-like luster.
Construction requirements for hardened flooring
It is necessary to ensure that the curing agent is adequately penetrated and that the reaction time is sufficient. The operation must strictly follow the sequence of "coarse grinding → penetration → fine grinding → polishing" to avoid material residue.
